Participation terms
To participate in the conference, you must submit an application and upload your abstract via the Microsoft CMT system user portal at this link.

Instructions for submitting and editing applications in CMT
A maximum of three submissions per author (including co-authored papers) is permitted. The conference working languages are Russian, Belarusian, and English.
Abstracts must be uploaded by October 26, 2026.
Notification regarding inclusion in the publication and further instructions will be sent to the email address provided during registration. Accepted abstracts must be formatted using LaTeX.
Selection of papers for publication in the proceedings and for conference participation is based on a peer-review process.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Papers that do not meet the specified formatting requirements will not be considered by the conference organizers.
