Participation terms

To participate in the Conference, you must register via the participant form and attach your abstracts for review by October 18, 2023.
After the Organising Committee has informed you about the inclusion of the report in the Conference programme, you should prepare the abstract for publication in the Conference Proceedings and send it to its-conf@bsuir.by no later than 1.11.2023. Notification of inclusion in the Conference Proceedings for publication and further instructions will be sent to the email address specified when registering the participant. Accepted abstracts of reports for publication must be submitted only by LaTeX format.

The languages of the Conference are Russian, Belarusian and English.

Selection of articles to be published in the Proceedings and participation in the Conference is carried out by reviewers and the editorial board. Articles that have been prepared without meeting the requirements are not considered.

The papers included in the Conference Proceedings will be published free of charge.

Important dates:
until 18.10.2023 — registration of participants, with presentation of abstracts;
until 03.10.2023 — notification by e-mail about inclusion of abstracts in the Conference programme;
until 08.11.2023 — approved abstracts acceptance for publication in the Conference Proceedings;
22.11.2023 — Conference work.
